Welcome to HARMNI! By purchasing and using our 432Hz royalty-free music, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these Terms of Use carefully.
1. License and Permitted Use
Royalty-Free License: Upon purchase, HARMNI grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the music in your creative works, including personal and commercial projects (e.g., videos, podcasts, multimedia content).
Modifications: You may edit, remix, and integrate the music tracks into other media as part of your original creations.
2. Restrictions on Use
No Resale or Redistribution: You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or make the music tracks available as standalone files, in their original or substantially unaltered form, to third parties. This restriction includes distribution on stock libraries, reselling platforms, or any other service offering music licensing.
Original Integration Required: You are only authorized to use the music as an element in a broader work. The music must be incorporated into your unique content (e.g., videos, live performances, podcasts, apps) and cannot be re-packaged or re-distributed as standalone audio files.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All music on HARMNI is protected under copyright law. Ownership of these tracks remains with HARMNI and its creators. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display outside the scope of this license is strictly prohibited.
4. Termination of License
HARMNI reserves the right to terminate or revoke your license if you fail to comply with these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the music in any new works and remove the music from any projects where it is used unlawfully.
