License Agreement
By purchasing music from HARMNI, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement. This agreement grants you specific rights and sets limitations on how the music may be used. Please read carefully before using the music.
1. License Grant
Royalty-Free License: Upon purchase, HARMNI grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the music in your own content, including personal, educational, and commercial projects. This allows you to integrate the music into videos, podcasts, social media, apps, and other creative works without additional fees.
2. Permitted Use
Creative Works: You may use the music as part of a broader creative project, such as a film, video, livestream, podcast, or similar production. The music must be combined with other elements to create an original piece of work.
Modifications: You are allowed to edit, remix, and adapt the music tracks to better fit your project needs, as long as the modifications do not result in the music being used as a standalone product.
3. Prohibited Use
Standalone Use: The music may not be resold, licensed, distributed, or otherwise made available as standalone audio files. It must always be part of a larger creative work and may not be offered independently.
Resale and Redistribution: You may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, or share the music in its original or modified form as part of a music library, template, or any similar collection of standalone music tracks.
Claiming Ownership: You may not claim ownership or authorship of the music in any way. Credit to HARMNI is encouraged but not required, provided that the music is part of a broader creative project.
Competitor Use: The music cannot be included in any competing music licensing platform, library, or service.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
HARMNI retains all intellectual property rights to the music, including copyright. This License Agreement grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the music. Any unauthorized use outside the scope of this license is strictly prohibited.
5. Termination of License
HARMNI reserves the right to terminate or revoke your license if you fail to comply with the terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the music and remove it from any project where it is used unlawfully.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
HARMNI provides this music “as-is” and makes no warranties regarding compatibility or fitness for a specific purpose. HARMNI shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or misuse of the music.
