Refund Policy

At HARMNI, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our digital products, we have a strict no-refund policy for all music purchases.

All sales of digital products, including music downloads, are final. Once a purchase is made and the music is delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This policy applies to all purchases, regardless of the reason for dissatisfaction.

If you experience any technical issues with downloading or accessing purchased music, please contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you can access your content.

3. Incorrect Purchases

If you mistakenly purchase the wrong product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of purchase. While we cannot offer a refund, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of exceptional circumstances (e.g., fraud or a processing error), we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund request. Please contact us with any concerns, and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.
